HKT PROtection powered by AppleCare Services/Samsung Care Services are the service plan enhanced with AppleCare service/Samsung Care services benefits and available exclusively for Apple/Samsung devices.
You are eligible to request a switch device or replace the screen whenever, wherever, and for whatever reasons. However, please note that your Service Request will only be accepted if the IMEI or serial number of the device you presented during Service Request matches with the IMEI or serial number of the device you registered as the “Registered Device”.
The number of Service Request you may raise is subjected to your purchased plan. Check your MyAccount section for details.
Customers who are enrolled to Restart 3.0:
2 Switch or Screen Replacement and 1 Device replacement per rolling 12 months.

Customers who are enrolled to HKT PROtection powered by AppleCare Services with Apple device:
2 Switches, Unlimited screen and device repairs per rolling 12 months

Customers who are enrolled to HKT PROtection powered by Samsung Care Services with Samsung device:
1 Switch per each rolling 12-month period, Screen Repair or Other Accidental and Liquid Damage 2 times per year, Unlimited Warranty and Battery Replacement Services.
