Both Restart 3.0 and HKT PROtection with AppleCare Services are service plans which provides no-questions asked Device Switch, Screen Replacement and Repair.
HKT PROtection with AppleCare Services is a service plan enhanced with AppleCare service benefits and available exclusively for iPhone devices.
You are eligible to request a switch device or replace the screen whenever, wherever, and for whatever reasons. However, please note that your Service Request will only be accepted if the IMEI or serial number of the device you presented during Service Request matches with the IMEI or serial number of the device you registered as the “Registered Device”.
The number of Service Request you may raise is subjected to your purchased plan. Check your MyAccount section for details.
Customers who are enrolled to Restart 3.0:
2 Switch or Screen Replacement and 1 Device replacement per rolling 12 months.
Screen Replacement fee: 3% of Device RRP
Switch fee: 28% of Device RRP
Device Replacement fee: 70% of Device RRP

Customers who are enrolled to HKT PROtection with AppleCare Services with iPhone:
2 Switches, Unlimited screen and device repairs per rolling 12 months
Switch Fee: 28% of Device RRP
Screen Replacement or Back Glass Damage* : $228 per request
Other Accidental Damage* : $788 per request
AppleCare Service benefits: Unlimited Hardware Services, Battery service coverage(per Apple's terms and conditions), carry-in repairs service at Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service providers and 24/7 priority access to Apple Support.

*Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) Group Insurance Policy coverage provided by Bolttech Insurance(Hong Kong) Company to HKT as the policy holder, for the benefit of the customers, who will be automatically enrolled free of charges as insured members, to enjoy the unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection, each subject to a service fee of HK$228 for screen or back glass damage, or HK$788 for other accidental damage.
